Breaking News of the moment comes from Uttarakhand where Cloud burst was reported in three places – one in the Chamoli district and two in Uttarkashi district.
Flash floods and landslides caused by torrential rains followed by cloud burst have flattened homes and left many pilgrims stranded in the state.
As per latest news on major TV News Channels like Aaj Tak, NDTV, CNN-IB7, Star ABP News, atleast 10 people have been killed and over 50 are missing.
After these floods the Chardham Yatra has been suspended in Uttarakhand.

Water Level of Bhagirathi and Ganga rivers are also on the rise, and Uttarakhand government has issued red alert in areas along Ganga.
As per tv reports, Garhwal region has been affected the most. Nearly 30 homes have been washed away in the floods after the Gangotri bridge collapsed.
Hundreds of Badrinath pilgrims were stranded at various places at Patalganga, Lambagar and Birahi due to landslides.
Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna was monitoring the situation and has asked the concerned authorities to launch rescue and relief operation in the disaster-hit areas.
