In few days from now, India will host its first ever F1 Grand Prix Race at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida.
Indian F1 Grand Prix event will be held from October 28 – 30, 2011.
A special theme song has been composed by music director Lesle Lewis, with lyrics by Roshan Abbas, and the song being sung by singers Lucky Ali, Daler Mehndi and KK.
The track ‘Hum Mein Raftaar, Jeete Baar Baar’ is a speedy number bringing out the spirit and thrill of the racing extravaganza.
It is a four minute song. The song starts with a rock feel and follows it up with the bhangra style, sung by Daler, ending with a touch of folk music. The second part of the song has a fusion of rock as well as Indian instrumental music. The bhangra music has a feel of being a Dilliwalah. But the most catchy line of the song is the end— “Hawa Tu Hi Bole, Sang Chaa Zaraa….”
The Indian GP theme song will be performed live on October 30 at the Budh International Circuit during the opening ceremony of the F1 Indian Grand Prix.
