Teen Choice Awards for the year 2012 will be held on 22nd July 2012 and the entire award ceremony will be aired on FOX on July 22 at 8 p.m. ET.

As per latest news, Demi Lovato will host the 2012 Teen Choice Awards.

The US X Factor judge will front the annual Fox awards show, which sees herself being nominated for four accolades including two music gongs for hit Give Your Heart a Break.

Demi’s appointment means she will have a busy summer presenting the ceremony, performing on her current summer North American tour, which concludes on September 1, and judging US X Factor.

As per media reports, Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Flo Rida and No Doubt are slated to perform live on stage at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards.

Last year, Kaley Cuoco hosted the award ceremony.

The Teen Choice Awards is an annual awards show that air on the Fox Network. The awards honor the year’s biggest achievements in music, movies, sports, television, fashion and more, voted by teen viewers aged 13 through 19.
