Kiribati is an island nation in the central Pacific Ocean. Tarawa is an atoll and the capital of the Republic of Kiribati.

Athletes from Kiribati will compete in the 2018 Commonwealth Games which is scheduled to take place in the Gold Coast, Australia from 4 to 15 April 2018.

Kiribati has been taking part in the Commonwealth Games since 1998 Commonwealth Games and so far have participated in 5 commonwealth games.
